Welcome to Lone Tours and Travels! By booking a tour or travel service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Lone Tours and Travels (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Services Offered

3. Booking and Reservation
- All bookings must be made through our official website, customer service, or authorized agents.
- A booking is considered confirmed when we receive a completed booking form, full payment (or deposit), and you receive a confirmation email.
- If a tour or service is fully booked or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund.
4. Payment and Pricing
- Pricing: Prices for tours and services are listed in the currency specified at the time of booking. Prices include taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The amount will vary depending on the tour or service selected.
- Final Payment: Final payment is due 7 days before the tour date. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods specified at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- 20% of the total booking amount if canceled 7 days before the tour date.
- 50% of the total booking amount if canceled within 3 days before the tour date.
- no refund before 24hours of the booking date.
- Lone Tours and Travels Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date, as agreed upon.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed through the same method used for payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and trip interruptions. Lone Tours and Travels is not responsible for any costs incurred due to these events.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Health and Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the tours. If you have any medical conditions or special requirements, please notify us before booking.
- Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary documents (ID Cards, passport, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) are valid and up to date.
- Behavior: Clients are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other travelers, guides, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove any Client from a tour for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
- Travel Delays: We are not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by airlines, transportation services, or other third-party service providers.
8. Liability and Limitations
- Personal Injury: Lone Tours and Travels will not be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss of property that occurs during your travel, except as a result of our own negligence or willful misconduct.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to your travel itinerary due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or strikes.
- Third-Party Services: Some aspects of your tour may be provided by third-party service providers. We are not liable for any actions or omissions of these third parties.
9. Changes to Itinerary
While we aim to provide the tour as described, circumstances may require us to make adjustments to the itinerary. We will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements of equal value, and you will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. By booking with Lone Tours and Travels, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We will only use your information to provide the services you have requested and communicate with you regarding your booking.
